30 Sq. Meters - 60 Sq. Metre	£95 for the first 30 Sq. Metres then + £2 per Sq. Metre after that.
61 Sq. Metres +	£95 for the first 30 Sq. Metres then +£1.50 Per Sq. Meter after that.
Special offer 2 houses in the same area	Charge for the first 30 Sq. M reduced to £85 each.
Special offer 3 houses in the same area	Charge for the first 30 Sq. M reduced to £65 each.
Conservatory cleaned at the same time	£3 per Sq. Metre.
